IronVale™ Returns, Refunds & Warranty Policy

Returns & Hygiene Policy

At IronVale™, we are committed to providing premium-quality wellness products while maintaining the highest hygiene and safety standards.

Due to the intimate nature of our products, all wellness devices, personal wellness accessories, lubricants, applicators, and related intimate products are considered hygiene-sensitive items.

For the protection of all customers, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any product that has been:

  • Opened

  • Used

  • Tested

  • Unsealed

  • Damaged after delivery

  • Missing original packaging or accessories

This policy applies to all intimate wellness products, including wellness systems, lubricants, applicators, and bundle components.


Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is:

  • Damaged during transit

  • Defective upon arrival

  • Incorrectly supplied

you must notify IronVale™ within 7 days of delivery.

To process your claim, we may request:

  • Your order number

  • Photographs of the product

  • Photographs of the packaging

  • A description of the issue

Upon verification, IronVale™ may, at its discretion and in accordance with applicable consumer laws:

  • Replace the product

  • Repair the product

  • Provide a refund where appropriate


Change of Mind Returns

For hygiene, health, and safety reasons, IronVale™ does not accept change-of-mind returns for intimate wellness products once dispatched or delivered.

Customers are encouraged to carefully review all product specifications before placing an order.


Lubricants & Consumable Products

For hygiene and safety reasons, lubricants, formulas, applicators, and other consumable products are non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered, unless supplied incorrectly or proven defective.


Warranty Coverage

IronVale™ wellness devices include a limited warranty against manufacturing defects under normal personal use.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Accidental damage

  • Water damage

  • Misuse or abuse

  • Unauthorized modifications

  • Improper cleaning or storage

  • Normal wear and tear

Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.


Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider and financial institution.

Shipping fees, courier charges, customs fees, and other third-party costs are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law.


Return Shipping

Where a return is approved, IronVale™ will provide return instructions.

Unauthorized returns sent without prior approval may be refused.

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return results from a verified defect, damage, or fulfillment error.


Limitation of Liability

IronVale™ shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use any product, except where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights that consumers may have under applicable South African consumer protection legislation.
